Before establishing my practice in 1998, I was Director of Corporate Communications for Washington National Corporation in Lincolnshire, IL. Prior to that I helped Silicon Valley software developers bring their products to market.

Before that, I was an award-winning journalist for newspapers in Wisconsin and California. Newspaper experience gave me the ability to write about anything, and to do it fast and effectively.
